Cut the bread into thin slices and fry in a frying pan until golden brown.
Cut herring fillets and cucumbers into small pieces.
Rinse the prunes and pour warm water for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, dry the prunes with a paper towel and finely chop.
Mix herring, crackers, prunes and cucumbers.
Sprinkle with coriander and ground pepper. If necessary, add a little salt.
