Ingredients
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Mussels - 250 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Mozzarella - 180 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the mussels on high heat for just a few minutes.
Coarsely chop the tomatoes, add the salad mix and mozzarella balls.
Pepper the salad and drizzle with olive oil.
