Recently, poke has been appearing more and more often on the Internet. A popular Hawaiian dish is made from raw fish with the addition of sauce, vegetables, fruits and rice. I'm telling you a simple way to cook a delicious poke with tuna.
Ingredients
For Sauce:
- Soy Sauce - 3 art.l.
- Honey (liquid) – 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lime - 1 piece
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the avocado in half, peel, remove the stone, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Beautifully slice mango and cucumber.
Scald lime with boiling water, cut in half and squeeze out the juice.
Mix soy sauce, ground ginger, crushed garlic, honey and lime juice.
Cut the tuna into cubes and pour the prepared sauce for 10 minutes. Stir periodically so that the pieces of fish are evenly soaked.
Put rice, sliced mango, cucumber, avocado and tuna on a plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
