Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 400 g
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Rice noodles - 15- g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Soy sauce - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs and add spices or milk if desired.
Fry the egg mass, stirring constantly to make a scramble.
Boil the rice noodles according to the instructions and rinse with cool water.
Chop the Peking cabbage and coarsely chop the crab sticks.
Season the salad with soy sauce.
