My favorite mushrooms for this recipe are beautiful fresh chanterelles. They are prepared in the same way as the more familiar champignons, so they do not cause any trouble. And they are also wonderfully combined with honey-mustard dressing.

- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
- Honey - 1 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and rinse the mushrooms. Chop them together with the onion and fry until tender for about 15 minutes.
Separately fry the bacon until browned.
Add lettuce leaves and pepper the salad.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and pour over the dish.
