Ingredients
- Beef heart (boiled) – 350 g
- Beetroot (boiled) – 300 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 300 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 200 ml
- Garnet (grains) – 300 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the beef heart and peeled onion.
Grate beets, carrots and potatoes on a coarse grater.
Place a glass in the center of the plate. It will give the salad a ring-shaped shape.
Lay out the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the beef heart, onion and carrot in the following layers. Add salt, pepper and a little mayonnaise.
Lay out the beets, add salt and pepper again. Brush with mayonnaise on all sides.
Decorate the salad with pomegranate seeds, spreading them thickly over the entire surface.
Carefully remove the glass and put the salad in the refrigerator for 1.5 hours.
