For this recipe, you will need the most ripe and soft tomatoes. When baking, they should literally melt. If possible, peel them off by making a cross-shaped incision at the base and pouring boiling water over them. The chops will turn out very tasty!
Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 500 g
- Tomatoes (ripe) – 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 80 g
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the turkey into plates 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
Beat off each piece with a hammer on both sides.
Sprinkle the chops with salt, spices and leave to marinate at room temperature for half an hour.
Peel tomatoes and cut into slices.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the tomato slices, sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and brown the chops for another 5-7 minutes.
