Omelets are often prepared for breakfast. A simple egg dish does not take much time and always turns out delicious. Today we will cook it with herbs, oregano and garlic. For best results, milk and eggs should be at room temperature.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Milk - 5 tbsp.l.
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix eggs with ground pepper, salt, milk and whisk lightly with a whisk.
Add oregano, garlic passed through the press and mix again.
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it well. Pour in the egg-milk mixture and cook on low heat under the lid for 7-10 minutes.
Wash the greens, dry them and chop them finely.
Put the finished omelet on a plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
