Chicken chops in the oven can be cooked both from chicken fillet and from pieces of thigh without bones and skin. The type of cheese does not matter much, the main thing is that it is tasty and melts well.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into thin layers, beat off each on one side. Place on a baking sheet covered with foil and oiled. Add salt and spices.
Brush the chops with a small amount of mayonnaise for juiciness.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and put them on top of the chops.
Put a layer of grated hard cheese on top of the tomatoes. Place in a hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the chops immediately after baking, dividing them into portions. A portion can be supplemented with fresh herbs, vegetables.
