Ingredients
- Red Fish (steaks) – 600 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
- Sea salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the lemon with boiling water and cut in half. Squeeze out the juice from one half, and cut the other half to serve.
Wash the fish under running water and dry with paper towels.
Thoroughly rub the steaks with salt, Italian herbs and ground black pepper. Leave for 5 minutes so that the spices soak the fillet.
Brush the fish with olive oil, sprinkle with lemon juice and wrap in foil.
Bake the steaks for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Unwrap the foil and continue cooking for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
