Carrots cooked according to this recipe turn out to be very sweet and delicious, so even the most fastidious eaters will surely like it. For baking, it is better to take a small carrot of the "baby" variety or a thin young one.

Ingredients

  • Carrots - 300 g
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Syrup (caramel) – 3 tbsp.l.
  • Salt - 1 pinch

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix butter, syrup and salt in a bowl. Add the carrots, mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the carrots in a mold or on a baking sheet.

Bake the carrots until soft, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes.
