- Chicken fillet - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Cream - 4 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Curry - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken broth - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into small cubes.
Peel the onion and garlic from the husk and chop.
Turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode, pour in vegetable oil, pour in the chicken and fry until golden brown.
Put the chicken on a plate, and fry the onion in the remaining oil. 2-3 minutes is enough.
Add garlic, curry and salt. Pour in the warm cream, broth and mix. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the fried chicken, activate the "Stewing" mode for 30 minutes and close the lid.
Put the finished dish on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley or any favorite herbs.
