Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken legs, dry them with paper towels and put them in a deep bowl.
Add olive oil, crushed garlic, pepper, salt and fennel. Stir and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Peel the onion from the husk and cut into thick rings.
Put a layer of onion in a greased mold. Then arrange the meat and rosemary sprigs.
Bake the chicken legs for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. After turning off, let them brew in the oven for a couple more minutes.
