In the cold season, I want fatty and hearty food. In our family, among such dishes, vegetable stew with meat in thick tomato sauce is the most popular. It's easy to cook, but it turns out very tasty!
Ingredients
- Pork (pulp) – 400 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Champignons - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2 glasses
- Parsley (for submission) – 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, dry it with paper towels and cut it.
Peel and chop potatoes, bell peppers and onions.
Cut large champignons into four parts, small ones in half.
Peel the tomatoes and chop them in a blender.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, add the pork and fry for 7-10 minutes.
Put the meat in a saucepan, add hot water, black pepper and cook for half an hour on low heat.
Fry the onion in the remaining oil until golden brown.
Add the mass of tomatoes, flour, a couple of spoonfuls of hot broth from the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour potatoes, mushrooms and bell pepper into a saucepan with meat. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.
Pour in the tomato sauce, add salt and turn off after 5 minutes.
Serve the stew in a deep dish, sprinkling with fresh parsley on top.
