Wash the rabbit, dry it and cut it into small pieces.

Add marjoram, ground pepper and 1 tbsp oil. Stir, cover and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, put the rabbit and fry for 10 minutes.

Mix honey, both types of mustard, salt and chicken broth.

Put the fried rabbit on a greased baking sheet, pour the prepared mixture and send it to the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
