Is there only zucchini, eggs and sour cream in the refrigerator? This is quite enough to make a delicious omelet. Even though there is sour cream in the composition, the dish can be attributed to dietary. Be sure to serve the omelet on a warm plate.

Cut the zucchini into thin slices.

Mix eggs with salt, ground pepper and sour cream. A homogeneous mass should be obtained.

Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the zucchini and fry for 2-3 minutes. Take out half of it and put it on a plate.

Pour the remaining part with a mixture of eggs and sour cream. Cook over medium heat for 1.5 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low, spread the fried zucchini evenly from the plate and cover with a lid.

Continue cooking for another 3 minutes. After turning off, the omelet should stand under the lid for 5 minutes.
