Potatoes baked with chicken and tomatoes are a full–fledged dish for lunch or dinner. If potatoes are high in starch, it is better to boil them for 5-7 minutes before baking.

- Chicken - 450 g
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into small cubes.
Chicken meat (fillet is possible) wash and dry, cut into small pieces.
Add salt, spices and mayonnaise to the chicken. For flavor, you can add a crushed garlic clove. Mix everything together. If you have time, you can leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour or an hour, tightening the bowl with a film.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay out the potatoes and salt it, add spices. Place the chicken pieces and sliced tomato on top. Cover the mold with foil, bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, then without foil for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve the dish hot, you can with fresh vegetables and herbs.
