If you like buckwheat with mushrooms, be sure to try baking it in pots at least once. It remains crumbly, but it is even better soaked in juices and flavors. It turns out much tastier than in a frying pan or even in a cauldron.
Ingredients
- Buckwheat - 1 glass
- Champignons - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Water - 2 glasses
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Add the sliced mushrooms to it and continue frying until the liquid evaporates. Season it.
Add the washed buckwheat and fry for another 2 minutes.
Put everything in pots, fill with water and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Turn off the oven, but leave the pots in it for another 20 minutes.
