Salmon with mushrooms and cream, baked in the oven, turns out incredibly tender, it melts right in your mouth. Preparing the dish is quite simple. And thanks to its excellent taste, it can be served on a festive table.

Add salt to the chilled salmon, sprinkle with herbs and sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave to marinate while the sauce is being prepared.
Send the chopped mushrooms and onions to a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil. Fry for 5 minutes on low heat.
Add a spoonful of flour, salt, mix and pour in the cream after a minute. Put everything out together for a couple more minutes.
Bring the mushrooms and onions in cream to a thick aromatic sauce using a blender.
Make small molds with sides from foil, for each piece of salmon. Place the fish in the molds together with the lemon.
Put the sauce on top of the fish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
You can serve fish directly in molds or without them, certainly in hot or warm form. You can supplement the portion with fresh vegetables and herbs.
