Ingredients
- Minced pork - 500 g
- Potatoes (medium) – 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 50 ml
- Vegetable oil - 4 art.l.
- Nutmeg (ground) – to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken broth (hot) – 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. If too much juice appears, drain it.
Mix minced meat, eggs, potatoes, mayonnaise, salt, ground nutmeg and black pepper.
Form small cutlets of the same size with your hands and put them on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Put the cutlets in a deep saucepan, pour hot broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
