- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Basil - 0.5 beam
- Tomatoes - 140 g
- Mozzarella - 125 g
- Olive oil - 4 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tomatoes into circles, mozzarella into slices, and chop the basil.
Make incisions on the chicken fillet, but do not cut through.
Rub the fillets with spices and sprinkle the resulting pockets with Italian herbs.
Carefully put mozzarella, basil leaves and tomato circles in them.
Fasten the breasts with wooden skewers.
