Today I will tell you my favorite recipe for meat cutlets. It uses ground beef and pork. In my opinion, this combination is best suited for cutlets. I also add some bread and cream. Try it, it's delicious!
Ingredients
- Minced pork - 250 g
- Ground beef - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Cream - 3 art.l.
- White bread (without crust) – 80 g
- Vegetable oil - 70 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop.
Break the bread into pieces, pour warm cream and put it aside for 10 minutes.
Mix both types of minced meat, onion, salt, ground pepper and bread with cream.
Spoon in some minced meat and form a round cutlet in your hands. Repeat the steps with the rest of the minced meat.
Put the cutlets on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Put the finished cutlets on a plate, sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
