Do you know how to cook milk semolina porridge without lumps? Today I am happy to tell you a proven recipe that I have been using for many years. I don't add a lot of sugar, so adjust the amount to your liking.

Ingredients

  • Milk - 2,5 glasses
  • Semolina - 100 g
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Salt - 0,25 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat.

Stirring constantly, gently pour the semolina in a thin trickle.

Add salt, sugar and cook for 4 minutes on low heat. Keep stirring frequently, otherwise the porridge will burn.

Remove the porridge from the heat, add the butter, mix well and leave under the lid for 10-15 minutes.

Put the finished semolina porridge on a plate and serve it on the table.
