I rarely had a beautiful omelet before. But then I tried to cook this dish in a slow cooker. The first time the omelet turned out to be lush and beautiful. And what can we say about the taste! I don't cook it in pans anymore.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 150 ml
- Cream (warm) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Butter - 30 g
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the eggs thoroughly, break them into a bowl, add salt and shake with a fork.
Add warm milk, cream and mix well again.
Lubricate the bottom and sides of the bowl of the slow cooker with butter. Turn on the Baking mode.
Pour in the egg-milk mixture, close the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes. After the beep, leave the omelet in the slow cooker for 10 minutes.
Serve the omelet warm.
