Now many people are interested in healthy food and in this regard, the rabbit has become even more popular. Today I offer you an interesting recipe for a delicious fried rabbit. We will cook it in a large frying pan with a thick bottom.

Ingredients

  • Rabbit - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Paprika - 1 tsp.
  • Rosemary - 2 twigs
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Water (boiling water) – 1 glass

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the rabbit, slice it and put it in a deep bowl.

Add olive oil, paprika, ground pepper and crushed garlic cloves with a knife handle. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the rabbit and fry for 12-15 minutes. Each piece should be browned on all sides.

Pour boiling water, add rosemary, salt and cover with a lid. Cook over medium heat until the liquid has completely evaporated.

Add butter and brown the rabbit for another 4-5 minutes.
