Are you coming up with a delicious dish for dinner? Bake the beef whole piece in the oven. The recipe is not troublesome, but long. It is important to choose a soft sirloin without streaks. I also advise you to pay attention to the color — good beef should be light red.

Ingredients

  • Beef (fillet) – 1.5 kg
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Allspice - 3 peas
  • Rosemary - 2 twigs
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt (large) – 0,5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Clean the beef from excess films, rinse and dry with a paper towel.
