  • Milk - 500 ml
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Pour cold milk into a deep saucepan.

Add salt, sugar and semolina. Heat the mass over low heat, stirring constantly.

After boiling, cook the porridge for 3 minutes, continuing to stir continuously.
