To cook incredibly delicious homemade chicken sausages with bacon, you will need a manual (or electric) meat grinder, as well as simple and affordable ingredients. Bacon can be used smoked or not smoked, raw or salted.

Wash and dry the chicken meat, cut into pieces so that it is convenient to twist through a meat grinder. Put the meat in a bowl, add salt and spices to taste.
Add the bacon, cut into strips or cubes, mix everything and let it stand under the film for at least half an hour.
Twist the meat and bacon through a meat grinder. Then put on a special nozzle and fill the shell with minced meat, tying it with a thread at certain intervals. It is not necessary to fill the shell very tightly, otherwise it will burst immediately or during cooking. I used a shell with a diameter of 30 mm. It did not need to be soaked, it was immediately ready for use. Recommendations should be indicated on the packaging.
You can cook sausages in a frying pan, in the oven, on the grill or in an air fryer. Grease the grate with oil and lay out the blanks. Cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
You can serve sausages hot or warm, with mustard and ketchup, with fresh vegetables and herbs.
