Today I want to share with you such an unconventional version of cooking borscht with cream. Before serving, I advise you to decorate the dish with sour cream and herbs. And be sure to add black bread or toasted toast!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut one beetroot into thin cubes and lightly simmer in a frying pan. Add the vinegar and remove from the heat.

Cut the rest of the vegetables arbitrarily, add all the spices to taste and fill with water. Cook for about 40-45 minutes under the lid.

Chop the cooked vegetables in a blender with cream. Bring to the consistency of vegetable broth.

Put the fried beets in the soup and cook for another 5 minutes.
