Wash the turkey, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Wash the prunes with boiling water and chop.
Grate carrots, peel onions and finely chop.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the turkey and brown well.
Add the onion, carrot and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes.
Add prunes, cumin, salt, ground pepper and bulgur. Fry everything together for 5-7 minutes.
Pour boiling water, turn down the heat and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
Squeeze garlic through a press, if necessary, add salt and turn off. The dish must stand under the lid for 15 minutes.
