Cottage cheese casserole with milk and dried fruits

If you like cottage cheese casseroles, you definitely need this recipe with milk and dried fruits. Today I will tell you how to cook it in a slow cooker, but if you wish, you can also use the usual oven.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Semolina - 100 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Raisins - 30 g
- Dried apricots - 30 g
- Prunes - 30 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the semolina with warm milk and leave for 5-7 minutes.
Rub the cottage cheese with sugar and yolks. Add semolina and whisk until smooth.
Separately whisk the whites with salt until persistent peaks.
Mix the proteins into the curd mass.
Chop the dried fruits and add them there too.
Put the dough in a greased bowl of a slow cooker and cook the casserole for an hour in the "Baking" mode.
