Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the Brussels sprouts into small pieces.
Beat eggs lightly with milk, ground pepper and salt.
Add the Brussels sprouts and stir.
Lubricate the molds with oil, pour in the prepared mixture, filling it only two-thirds.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
