Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 800 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp.l .
- Ketchup - 4 art.l.
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 1 art.l.
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken wings at the joints, rinse and dry thoroughly.
Mix soy sauce, ketchup, honey, lemon juice and garlic passed through a press.
Cut the hot pepper in half, peel the seeds and finely chop.
Add spices, salt, lemon zest and hot pepper to the liquid preparation.
Put the wings in a greased form, pour the sauce and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
Remove the foil and cook for another 7-10 minutes.
