I prefer to always bake a whole carp in foil. Of course, this is not necessary. But still, the fish will surely be baked evenly from all sides. This is especially important if the carcass is very large. Simply increasing the time is not enough, because you can over-dry tender meat. But the foil just solves this problem.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the carp and put lemon circles in the belly. Season everything to taste.

Put the fish on foil and arrange the cherry and greens around.

Wrap the foil and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
