Did you get a frozen catfish in the store? Be sure to buy it and cook delicious steaks. They can be fried, but I suggest a more useful option — bake in the oven. Serve the fish with boiled rice, vegetables or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- Catfish (steak) – 500 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- White pepper (ground) – to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
- Greenery (for submission) – a couple of twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Defrost the catfish steak at room temperature, rinse and dry with paper towels.
Pepper the fish on all sides, season with salt, brush with lemon juice and oil. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Put the steak in a foil-lined form and place it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Put the finished steak on a warm plate and serve with herbs.
