The simplest frying of onions and carrots turns into a wonderful filling for meatloaf. Especially if it's pork that needs to be stewed in the oven for a long time, and which then literally melts in your mouth. A great main dish for every day or holiday!
Ingredients
- Pork - 1.5 kg
- Carrots - 3-4 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l.
- Dijon mustard - 100 g
- Garlic - 4 teeth
- Turmeric - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and garlic and fry everything until soft.
Add turmeric to the roast and stir.
Spread a piece of pork on the table, chop it off and brush with Dijon mustard.
Sprinkle with spices to taste, lay out the filling and roll up the roll. Wrap it in foil.
Bake the roll 2-2.5 hours in the oven at 160 degrees.
Unwrap the foil, brush the meat with Dijon mustard and bake for another 20-30 minutes at 190 degrees.
