Many still believe that pea porridge is cooked for a long time. In fact, if you don't soak the peas in advance, then that's how it will be. In this recipe, I tell you in detail how delicious, simple and relatively fast to cook such a porridge!

Ingredients

  • Peas (stabbed) – 300 g
  • Water - 1 l
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the peas, pour cold water and put them aside for 1 hour.

Change the water, add salt and cook for half an hour after boiling.

Add the butter, mix well and cook for another 15 minutes. By the end of cooking, the liquid should evaporate completely.

Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and wrap it with a warm towel for 30 minutes.
