If the cottage cheese is too dry, add kefir and baking powder. Thanks to these ingredients, the curd casserole will turn out perfect. Choose the fat content of dairy products at your discretion. You can increase it by adding butter.

- Cottage cheese - 600 g
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Semolina - 4 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.
Add kefir, vanilla sugar and mix well.
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy foam.
Mix the curd mass, beaten eggs, semolina and baking powder. Leave for 10 minutes so that the semolina has time to swell.
Lubricate the mold with butter, lay out the workpiece and level it.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. The finished casserole can be poured with melted butter, sprinkled with powdered sugar or cinnamon.
