Wash the pork loin, dry it with paper towels and cut it across the fibers into plates 0.7-1 centimeter thick.

Wrap each piece in a cellophane bag, beat it off with a hammer, season with salt and pepper.

Add salt and pepper to the egg and stir with a fork until smooth.

Put flour and breadcrumbs on separate plates.

Roll the chops in flour, dip in the egg mixture, roll in breadcrumbs and put on a preheated frying pan with oil.

Fry the chops for 4-5 minutes on each side and put them on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.

Boil half the water, add salt and frozen vegetables. Boil for 5 minutes.

Put the vegetables in a colander and transfer to cold water with ice until completely cooled.

Serve ready-made chops with vegetables. Bon appetit!
