Be sure to cook meat in honey-mustard sauce for the holiday. Mustard gives the dish a piquant taste, honey softens and promotes the formation of a beautiful crust. I recommend cooking from pork, and a neck with fat is best suited.
Ingredients
- Pork (neck) – 1.5 kg
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Mustard (acute) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Grainy mustard - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Garlic - 4 teeth
- Salt (without slide) – 2 tsp.
- Greenery (for submission) – a couple of twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the meat, dry it with paper towels and clean it from excess films.
Mix olive oil, honey, salt, crushed garlic and both types of mustard.
Generously brush the pork with this marinade, cover with foil and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
Put the meat on a baking sheet and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 1.5 hours.
Reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and cook for another 20 minutes.
Cut the finished baked meat into pieces and garnish with herbs.
