Rice has long been a familiar addition to your favorite hodgepodge. It would seem that it is impossible to make such a thick soup even more satisfying and rich, but here is the solution! And then I'll tell you how to cook it all beautifully and correctly.
Ingredients
- Beef ribs - 400 g
- Smoked meat - 300 g
- Sausages - 200 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Fig - 1 handful
- Olives - 1 bank
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cucumber pickle - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the ribs with water and boil for about an hour. Remove and slice the meat.
Send the chopped meat products and rice to the boiling broth. Cook for 10 minutes.
During this time, fry onions with carrots, add grated pickles with tomatoes and simmer for a couple of minutes.
Send the roast, olives and brine to the hodgepodge, and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
