You can safely add almost any vegetables or other ingredients that you like to okroshka. For example, I suggest cooking this option with cauliflower. I prefer to pour it with kvass, but choose at your discretion.
Ingredients
- Sausage - 300 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Radish - 200 g
- Cauliflower - 200 g
- Kvass - 1 l
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs until tender.
Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences and boil for a couple of minutes in boiling water until soft.
Cut the remaining ingredients into small cubes and mix.
Mix everything with mustard and spices, and pour kvass.
