Cucumber cream soup with avocado and mint

Summer cold cream soup of cucumbers will please everyone who is not afraid of experiments. And so that it is not too bland and watery, I add avocado and mint. What else needs to be taken into account in the process, you will learn further in the process.

Kefir - 300 ml
Avocado - 1 piece
Mint - 4 twigs
Parsley - 4 twigs
Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Garlic - 4 cloves

Potatoes - 2 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Coarsely chop the potatoes, boil until tender and drain.
