Every housewife has her own proven recipe for pickle. Someone cooks it with a lot of meat, someone likes it without pearl barley. I like a rich thick pickle with beef ribs. Try it, you will definitely like it!
Ingredients
- Beef ribs - 600 g
- Pearl barley - 1 glass
- Cucumbers (salty) – 200 g
- Potatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 2.5 l
- Green onion (for submission) – 2 of the stem
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef ribs, peel them from the films, cut them and place them in a saucepan.
Add the washed pearl barley, black pepper, water and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
Finely chop cucumbers, peeled potatoes and onions. Grate the carrots.
Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Pour the roast into a saucepan with meat, add potatoes and cucumbers. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Add salt, squeeze garlic through a press and turn off the heat after 2 minutes.
Serve the pickle with chopped green onions.
