When preparing a casserole of cottage cheese and pumpkin, pumpkin is most often simply mixed into the curd mass. But for fans of classic fillings in the form of a layer, there is also a solution! Before serving, I advise you to sprinkle the casserole with powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Steam the pumpkin until tender and chop it with a blender. Season the puree to taste.
Grind cottage cheese with eggs and sour cream, add honey, and then add flour.
Put part of the curd mass, the pumpkin layer and the remaining cottage cheese into the mold.
Bake everything in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 190 degrees.
