Wash the potatoes under running water and dry them with paper towels.
Add ground pepper, salt, oil and garlic passed through the press. Mix well.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the potatoes so that there is a small space between the pieces.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Sprinkle the finished potatoes with finely chopped parsley.
