Sea bass is an inexpensive fish available to everyone. The meat of a pan-fried perch turns out to be extremely tender and soft. The dish will be a great addition to any side dish.

Ingredients

  • Sea bass - 400 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l
  • Flour - 80 g
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 h.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash and gut the carcasses, clean the scales, cut off the tail and fins.

Cut each fish into small (about a third of the fish) portions.

Roll the pieces in flour, fish spices and pepper.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Lay out the perch. Fry on each side until golden brown.
