Many different dishes are prepared from potatoes in Belarus, but wizards with meat deserve special attention. In fact, these are small cutlets made of potatoes and meat filling. They are collected in layers directly on the pan. Try it, it's very tasty!

Ingredients

For the dough:
  • Potatoes - 350 g
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
  • Greens (for submission) – a couple of twigs

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel potatoes, onions and pass through a meat grinder. Squeeze the excess liquid slightly with your hands.

Add flour, salt and ground black pepper. Mix everything well.

Peel the second onion from the husk and finely chop it.

Add minced chicken, ground black pepper and salt. Knead the mass until smooth.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. With a tablespoon, put a little potato mass and lightly press down.

Add 1 tablespoon of filling on top and cover everything with potato mass.

Fry the sorcerers for 4-5 minutes on each side over low heat and spread on a paper napkin.

Serve the finished dish with fresh herbs.
