It is impossible to imagine pilaf without garlic. It gives the same fragrance that cannot be confused with anything! And what if you use pickled instead of fresh? Looking ahead, I'll tell you — it will turn out incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • Beef (fillet) – 400 g
  • Fig - 300 g
  • Garlic (pickled) – 2 heads
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Raisins - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
  • Black Pepper - 4 peas
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water (hot) – 800 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the beef and peeled onion.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Wash the raisins with boiling water and dry them with a paper towel.

Turn on the "Frying" mode and fry the beef in oil. 8-10 minutes is enough for each piece to have time to brown.

Add the onion and carrot and continue to fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add spices, raisins and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Lay out whole heads of pickled garlic, cover the washed rice, add salt and add hot water.

Close the lid and activate the Pilaf program for 50 minutes.
