Ingredients
- Fig - 300 g
- Beans (different) – 1 glass
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Mozzarella - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice and beans until tender. Finely chop the tomatoes and peppers.
Mix everything together with half of the grated mozzarella and spices.
Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
